多くのお申込みありがとうございます。
お申込みの際に、故意では無いのにお申し込みが重複し、受付完了メールを複数受信されるケースがありますが、故意では無いのはこちらでもわかりますので、その際はこちらで申し込みを1件にして、抽選いたしますので、ご安心ください。

また、一度申し込みされ、受付完了メールを確認したところ、住所等の誤りにお気付きになり、再度申し込んだ場合も、こちらで最後の申し込みだけ残して抽選させていただきます。

受付完了メールが来なかった場合は、メールアドレスの打ち間違いか、受信される側の迷惑メール設定が関係していると思いますので、迷惑メール設定をご確認いただき、再度正しいメールアドレスでお申し込みください。この場合も重複してた場合はこちらで申し込みを1件にして抽選いたします。

申し込みボタンを押した後にオレンジ枠のエラーがでる場合は、ブラウザのキャッシュをクリアにして再度お申込みください。。

Occasionally, applications may be submitted unintentionally multiple times, resulting in the receipt of multiple confirmation emails. We understand these are not intentional, so please rest assured that we will consolidate your applications into a single entry for the lottery.

Additionally, if you notice an error in your address or other details after submitting an application and confirming the receipt email, and then submit another application, we will retain only your last application for the lottery.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may be due to a typo in your email address or spam settings on your end. Please check your spam settings and reapply using the correct email address. If duplicate applications are found in this case, we will also consolidate them into a single entry for the lottery.
