2024年限定カー（'83 CHEVY SILVERADO）の販売は、事前抽選に当選した方のみの「会場販売」、「通信販売」になります。（※会場での一般販売は行いませんのでご注意ください。）

Sales of the 2024 japan convention car ('83 CHEVY SILVERADO) will be through "venue sales" and "mail order" only for those who have won the preliminary lottery. (*Please note that there will be no general sales at the venue.)”.

• おひとりで「会場販売」、「通信販売」双方の同時応募は禁止しております。必ずいずれか一方のみ応募ください。
  It is prohibited for a single person to apply for both "venue sales" and "mail order sales" at the same time. Please be sure to apply for only one of them.
• 応募の重複が発覚した場合は、双方の抽選資格を失います。
  If duplicate entries are found, both parties will be disqualified from the lottery.
• 同一住所でのご家族、同居者の応募は可能ですが14才以上対象の商品になりますので、14才未満の方は応募できません。
  Family members and those living at the same address may apply, but this item is intended only for those 14 years of age and older, so those under 14 years old are not eligible to apply.

• 右向き又は左向きのどちらか１台がお手元に届きます。（左右の希望はできません）

• 商品代金以外に下記の通販手数料（送料、梱包費用）が別途かかります。
  A地区 1,200円（税込）：本州（青森県から山口県までの内陸部、離島はお問い合わせください。）
  B地区 1,400円（税込）：北海道、四国、九州（ 離島はお問い合わせください。）
  C地区 2,000円（税込）：沖縄本島（離島はお問い合わせください。）

抽選販売の応募にあたっては、以下の注意事項をよくお読みいただき、同意のうえご応募ください。お客様が応募をした時点で全ての注意事項を承諾したものとさせていただきます。
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and agree to them before applying for the lottery. By submitting your application, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions.

• 会場販売に当選した方は販売エリア入場時にID（身分証明書）のチェックを行わせていただきます。当選通知メールの控え（メール画面、又は印刷した物）と顔写真付きの身分証明書の提示が必要となります。（パスポート、各種運転免許証、マイナンバーカード、身体障碍者手帳、在留カード）
  If you win the venue sales, your ID (identification card) will be checked when entering the sales area. You must present a copy of your winning notification (email or printout) and a photo ID. (Passport, driver's license, my number card, physical disability certificate, residence card)
• また学生証の方は別途身分証明書（健康保険証、住民票など）が必要となります。
  Another form of identification (health insurance card, residence certificate, etc.) is required for student ID holders.
• 身分証明書の有効期限切れやコピーは無効になりますので販売をお断りします。
  Expired or photocopied identifications/documents will not be accepted as they are invalid, and sales will be refused.
• 入場時に応募時の氏名や住所と異なる場合、また当日忘れてきた、紛失した等の理由で当選通知と身分証明書が提示できない場合は販売をお断りします。また、当選者さまの都合で当日会場に来られず、代理人へ商品を渡す、後日の受け取りなどは一切できませんので、その場合はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
  Sales will be refused if your name or address differs from the one entered at the time of entry or if you cannot present your winning notification and ID card because you have forgotten or lost them on the day of the event. In addition, if the winner is unable to come to the venue on the day of the event due to any circumstances, we will not be able to hand over the item to a representative or pick it up at a later date, in which case it will be treated as cancelled.
• IDの不正、偽造、コピー等が発覚した場合も販売をお断りします。場合によっては警察に通報いたします。
  Sales will also be refused if the ID is found to be fraudulent, forged, or copied. In some cases, we will notify the police.
• 当選した方への販売は11時～15時を予定しております、その中で6つの時間帯に分けて販売いたしますので、当選通知に記載されている集合時間にお集まりください。
  Sales to the winners are scheduled from 11:00 to 15:00 and will be divided into 6 time slots within that time, so please be there at the meeting time indicated in your winning notification.
• 販売時間帯の選択はできませんのでご了承ください。

• 限定カー購入のお客様もミニカー ア ゴーゴー!!の入場料が必要となります。
  Customers who purchase the convention car will also be required to pay an admission fee to Minicar A Go Go!!
• 集合場所には、当選したご本人が必ずお並びください。ご本人の代わりに代理人やご家族が並ぶ事は認められません。
  The winner must be present at the meeting place. Representative or family members are not permitted to stand in line on their behalf.
• 会計までお待たせしてしまいますが、ご理解お願いいたします。
  We apologize for the wait until the checkout, but thank you for your understanding.
• 販売当日は、必ずスタッフの指示に従っていただくようお願いいたします。
  Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the sale.
• 会場内、集合場所、列でのスタッフへの暴言、暴力行為、ゴミの散らかし等、スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合、その他迷惑行為が発覚した場合は、販売や入場をお断りいたします。入場料等の返金もできません。また、今後のイベントの入場もお断りいたします。
  If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, such as verbally abusing the staff, acting violently, or littering garbage inside the venue, at the meeting place, or in the queue, or if you are found to be engaging in any other nuisance behavior, we will refuse sales or admission. Admission fees cannot be refunded. We will also deny admission to future events.
• 会場敷地内での限定モデル目的のキャッチ行為や金品の受け渡し等の行為は禁止いたします。発見した場合は、退場していただくと同時に今後イベントへの入場をお断りいたします。
  Catching or handing over money or other goods for the purpose of obtaining the convention car is prohibited within the venue premises. If found, you will be asked to leave the venue and will not be allowed to enter any event in the future.
• 会場付近の路上駐車は禁止です。発見した場合は警察に通報させていただきます。
  Parking on the street near the venue is prohibited. If found, we will report it to the police.
• 受付番号が記載された受付完了メールは、当日会場販売の確認時に必要となるため、大切に保管してください。
  Please keep the entry completion email containing your entry number in a safe place, as you will need it to confirm venue sales on the day of the event.

• 発送先は日本国内のみとなります。海外への発送は行いません。
  We will only ship within Japan. We do not ship overseas.
• 応募は日本在住の方のみとなります。
  Entries are only open to those residing in Japan.
• キャンセルは受付しておりません。
  Cancellations will not be accepted.
• 商品の発送は、イベント終了後10日前後を予定しております。
  Items will be shipped approximately 10 days after the event.

• 当落確認や抽選方法に関するお問い合わせにはお答えできません。
  We cannot respond to inquiries regarding confirmation of winners or the lottery method.
• 当選された方のみ、エントリー登録時のメールアドレス宛に当選通知メールをお送りいたします。
  Only the winners will receive a notification email to the email address they used to register their entry.
• 迷惑メール判定等により、当事務局からのメールが届かない場合がございます。迷惑メールの設定および迷惑メールフォルダのご確認をお願いいたします。

• 抽選販売の内容については、予告なく変更・中断・終了となる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

• 抽選販売方法は、本サイトへのエントリーのみとさせていただきます。
